I have been teaching classical ballet for as long as I've been dancing professionally (1993). At the suggestion of my mentor and teacher, Dame Sonia Arova, I began teaching while dancing under her artistic direction. As I did then and continue to do now, I try to bring the spirit of what she taught me (determination, attack, abandon) to my approach and have been grateful for how my journey as a teacher has informed my own dancing. I emphasize musicality, sound technique, good placement, and an artistic approach. I have been on the faculty of the School of Oregon Ballet Theatre since 1999 and have also enjoyed guest teaching engagements with:

*Alabama School of Fine Arts
*Trey McIntyre Project (TMP)
*The University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee (through TMP)
*Summer Dance Lab
*Ballet Idaho (through TMP)
*Young Musicians and Artists
*Snowy Range Summer Dance Festival (through TMP)
